Acetylene Gas C2H2

Acetylene is a colorless, flammable gas with narcotic properties at normal temperature and pressure. It is usually packaged in welded steel cylinders dissolved in acetone. It has no smell when pure, but has a nasty garlic smell when it is impurity. Lighter than air, it can form explosive mixtures with air, which are highly flammable and explosive.
